a) Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
We have a strict no-refund policy on events and class places and deposits. This includes cancellations due to illness, personal or professional reasons. At our discretion and if circumstances allow, we may be able to offer students transferral to an alternative event or class. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance against loss in the event of your being unable to attend the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that we have a minimum number of participants required in order to run our events and classes, and if the minimum is not met we may be required to cancel or rearrange dates. We reserve the right to amend or cancel events or classes and will endeavour to provide participants with as much notice as possible should this occur. We are not liable for any losses (including but not limited to travel and accommodation arrangements) that could arise as a result of event or class being cancelled.
In the unlikely event of an event or class being cancelled, particpants will be given the option of a full refund or the transferral of their place to an alternative date.
