Funerals

Creating a floral tribute to celebrate a life is the absolute pinnacle of our work. A funeral is a deeply significant event and has so much meaning – possibly more than any other milestone. We are always honoured to be asked to create floral tributes for funerals.

Funeral flowers are an integral part of our offering: we make biodegradable arrangements from woven branch bases, using sustainably sourced moss and locally-grown, chemical-free seasonal flowers and foliage.

How we can help

After a very brief talk to discuss the flowers and style that you need, we'll begin work. Our arrangements are created on simple grids or wreathes of branches, tied with twine and using sustainably-sourced moss. We push stems into this moss (which also acts as a water reservoir) to create the shape. We can also make a hand-tied piece to lay on the coffin as part of the service. All this work is entirely biodegradable.

You can read a little more about our thoughts on funeral tributes over on our blog.

We can provide funeral flowers in Essex and Cambridgeshire for burials, cremations or rememberance services, and can also send your floral tribute nationwide via next-day or same-day delivery, using our trusted local couriers.

We have used material cut from client’s gardens or find flowers on request to make pieces with meaning, symbolism and provenance.  We will source flowers from British Growers where appropriate to ensure a seasonal display all year round.

TESTIMONIALS

“Thank you again for your help at such a difficult time, you have made the impossible to do very possible.”

“Just wanted to thank you for the beautiful arrangement. We all loved the autumnal colours and the artistic mix of autumn foliage, berries and flowers.

I was also grateful to be able to give you a rough idea of what I liked and then leave the rest to you.

Thank you Anna for your care and attention.”

“Thank you very much for the flowers. They were really beautiful - exactly what I wanted. My mum would have loved them.”
