Final Session of 2022 - Winter Walk & Breakfast. Following the wonderful ‘Soil & Soul Sessions’ here on the plots this summer, I am offering more opportunities to be together in nature, time outdoors and connecting over food. Continuing the ‘Soil & Soul’ theme, we will meet at 8.30am for a gentle walk through the tress and along the hedgerows and fields up from the plots. Walking mindfully, sound mediations and breath work amongst the trees with Hannah Yadi together with seasonal thoughts and foraging from me. Maybe some Christmas decorating ideas too! Hannah Yadi joined Robyn and I in the summer bringing her chanting to the gardens. There was a truly magical moment when the birds chorused with her, and completely stopped when she did. This will be a unique experience. Hannah is a singer, songwriter, yoga teacher and reiki healer who combines breath work, meditation and sound to create a truly healing practise. The walk will take about 50/60  minutes then there will be a delicious breakfast back at the studio and plots for all. We'll send instructions for meeting in the Village and directions for the day on booking. All are welcome - no fitness required but do consider that the ground will be uneven and could be slippery dependant on weather. You’ll have the opportunity to wander around the garden and polytunnel, chat with me about plants and my radical growing practices over coffee and breakfast back on the plots. We are extending this session to finish at 10.30am so we can relax for the final Soil & Soul Session this year. Numbers are limited to 12, bookings will be on first come basis.
