The Farm

Anna's Flower Farm is where I write, teach, consult and host throughout the year growing and arranging flowers.

The farm is hidden within the historic Audley End Village and Estate in Saffron Walden (not to be confused with the English Heritage House of the same name). Founded in our back garden with a plant stall in the village back in 2015, Anna's Flower Farm is now made up of 3 plots, 'Walled Garden, Braybrooke Garden and the Field' together with a polytunnel all set around a studio and outdoor kitchen area on 0.4 acres.

It is a micro flower farm but with nearly 300 linear metres of productive beds plus other permanent borders, I grow a large range of stems across the year and sell flowers between April and October.

The gardens are open by appointment only.  You can book a visit for classes, experiences, open days or book this space privately to experience this special place for yourself.

I believe in a holistic approach to gardening and growing flowers. Everything around us is interconnected and I continue with this in mind in how I care for the soil and wildlife.  This place is a thriving biodiversity where good natural health is championed, resulting in vibrant strong stems of flowers and foliage, and a unique uplifting atmosphere of the space.

There is always something to eat and drink here - eating together is an important part of the experience and where we can reinforce the importance of seasonality, purpose, place and time by sharing food and drink in these beautiful gardens.
