My name is Anna and I am a florist in Islington, London. I have always loved visiting public gardens but now that I am fortunate enough to have my own garden, I want to use the space to grow my own cut flowers. This year is for me a trial run and even more so now, considering our current circumstances.

Back in February I created five ’no dig’ beds from scratch, after we inherted a rather neglected vicarage garden. (My husband James is a local vicar.)

Since then I have been planning, ordering and growing seeds and more recently tackling the bind weed! There is a lot to learn but most seedlings are growing well and I look forward to planting out as much as possible in the weeks to come.
