Taken from the hugely successful in person and practical 'Grow Your Own Cut Flowers' Course, this short online programme is designed to help growers devise their plant lists, plots and schedules to plan for success. I ran it for the first time last January and it's back by popular request! “Just to say, my early January is usually taken up with how to get fit, lose weight, all that kind of tedious soul destroying stuff, so this year having a focus to plan the planting has transformed my usual internal negative chat to imagining the garden, focusing on potential beauty and all truly external! Utterly uplifting, exciting and motivating! So thank you!” The course is made up of 4 online and live evening sessions and each week are followed by homework to guide you through planning your flowers, for your space, this growing year. If you follow the course, by mid February you will have completed plant lists, plots plans, sowing schedules AND ordered all your seeds and plants to go! The complex task of balancing what you want to achieve with your available space, is broken down into a step by step programme. You'll learn about the 5 flowering seasons and what I call 'the 4th dimension'. Come join me to immerse yourself in planning and come out in the Spring confident (smug?) with a plan for your space to grow the flowers you want in combination this year! Week 1 - What do you want to grow? Why are you growing? When do you want flowers to cut and what space do you have? Week 2 - Combination wish lists for cutting, the 5 'flower' seasons and what else do you have? Week 3 - Plotting your grow list & 'fourth dimension' Week 4 - Creating sowing schedules *Please note this course will not cover how to grow cut flowers but is on how to planning your growing and planting. * This Course is accompanied by a 'Winter Planning' Handbook and exclusive planning documents, spreadsheets and checklists. These sheets are only available to course attendees of this course and the 'Grow Your Own Cut Flowers' in person course. The Printed Handbook and Sheets will be posted to you and yours to keep. Additional notes for each session are sent by email ahead.
